Senior FPGA Engineer (Embedded Systems)

THE COMPANY

Our Client is a renowned organisation in the Semiconductor industry with a strong presence worldwide. They are looking for a Senior FPGA Engineer as part of their expansion plans in Singapore, reporting to the Engineering Manager.

THE ROLE

The Senior FPGA Engineer is responsible for:

• Design, develop, and verify FPGA firmware using VHDL/Verilog/SystemVerilog
• Architect high-speed interfaces (e.g., PCIe, DDR, Ethernet) and signal processing pipelines
• Perform simulation, timing analysis, and hardware validation
• Collaborate with hardware, software, and system teams to define requirements and integration

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of FPGA development experience
• Strong knowledge of RTL design, timing closure, and verification tools
• Experience with Xilinx/Intel FPGA toolchains
