Senior FP&A Analyst, APAC

Key Responsibilities

• Support regional planning cycles including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning across APAC
• Deliver regular financial reporting, performance analysis, and insights to regional and global stakeholders
• Drive revenue, margin, and pricing analysis to support commercial decision-making
• Consolidate and review business unit financials, including P&L performance and key variances
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g. commercial, marketing) to monitor OPEX and headcount trends
• Improve reporting processes, tools, and data accuracy to enhance efficiency and decision support
• Lead or contribute to ad-hoc projects such as financial modelling, new product analysis, and M&A support

Requirements / Education

• Degree in Accounting/Finance (or equivalent) with professional certification preferred
• 8+ years of experience in FP&A or commercial finance within a regional/multinational environment
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools (e.g. Excel, BI tools) experience with enterprise systems is advantageous
