We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Florist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative vision, advanced floristry skills, and leadership experience to guide a team in creating beautiful, high-quality floral arrangements for various occasions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and create floral arrangements that align with our brand aesthetics for e-commerce sales, weddings, events, and corporate clients
- Lead and supervise junior florists and floral assistants
- Manage flower inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships
- Ensure studio is well organized and clean at the end of the day
- Maintain quality standards for freshness, presentation, and design consistency
- Train and mentor junior staff in floral techniques and flower care
- Working with the team to achieve monthly KPIs
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a florist
- Formal training or certification in Floristry or Floral Design preferred
- Strong knowledge of flower care, design trends, and color theory
- Ability to work under pressure, especially during busy seasons
- Creative eye for design and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn, teachable attitude, good communication skills, multitasking and a team player with a positive attitude
Working Schedule
5-day work week: Tuesday to Saturday
Candidates must be able to commit to this working schedule
