We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Firmware Developer to join our R&D team. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize firmware for next-generation Monitoring Receiver product. You will work closely with Hardware, DSP, and other Firmware developers to deliver high-performance, reliable, and scalable solutions to meet our customers needs.
Your tasks
- Design, develop, and maintain embedded firmware
- Optimize firmware performance for low latency, high throughput, and efficient memory usage
- Develop drivers, BSPs, and low-level hardware interfaces
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to interface with ADCs, FPGAs, RF frontend components, and high-speed data paths
- Participate in system architecture design and technical discussions
- Debug complex system issues across hardware and software layers
- Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards
- Contribute to product verification, validation, and production support
Your Qualifications
- PhD/Master/Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Communications/Computer Engineering
- Min 5 years relevant experience in embedded firmware development, preferably in RF or test & measurement domain
- Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS) or bare-metal development
- Experience with embedded Linux or device driver development
- Solid understanding of RF principles and signal processing fundamentals
- Experience with DSP algorithms (FFT, windowing, spectral analysis)
- Familiarity with FPGA-based systems and FPGA-software integration
- Knowledge of high-speed interfaces (e.g., SPI, PCIe, Ethernet, JESD204)
- Familiarity with scripting tools (Python, MATLAB) for analysis and testing
