Senior Fire Safety Manager

The candidate will be responsible for the fire safety inspection of the building, liaise and coordinate with Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) on all matters pertaining to fire safety and its requirement. You will oversee functions and activities of day-to-day fire safety works and suggest improvement plans.

Responsibilities:

. Required to comply with Emergency Response Plan.

. Establish and perform Emergency Response Plan for the premises.

. Distribution and training for Emergency Response Plan to all inhabitants in the premises.

. Conduct checks for any possible fire risk frequently on the premises.

. Required to conduct fire risk assessment of the premises.

Requirements:

. Senior Fire Safety Manager Certificate by SCDF

. 3 years practising experience in commercial building

. Supervise and coordinate maintenance of all fire safety works in the building

. Fire Safety Manager Scope of work accordance to Fire Safety Act

. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

. Able to work 5.5 days per week
