Little Artists Art Studio Pte Ltd is a premier Art school in Singapore, providing high quality art education for the last 25 years. We were established in 1997 and we currently run our programs across two branches, with offshore operations and entering the space of digital education, with an aim of spreading its wings globally. The studio is known for providing high quality art education to children and inspiring creativity in them. Our major demographic consists of students starting from 2.5 years to 17 years.
Our students are regularly selected for the top art / design / architecture colleges globally and for SOTA (Singapore Art School). Our studio consists of a cosmopolitan student and teaching body. Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled, professional Art Teacher with strong expertise across Fine Arts, Theming, 3D Sculpture, Mural Art, and Digital Art.
This is a senior teaching role requiring both artistic mastery and a deep understanding of child-centered education, portfolio development, and parent communication.
Key Responsibilities
Teaching & Curriculum
- Deliver high-quality instruction in:
- Drawing, painting, and fine art foundations
- Theming & concept development
- 3D sculpture and mixed-media work
- Mural planning and large-scale artwork
- Digital art (illustration, design basics, or mixed digital workflows)
- Create engaging, age-appropriate, multi disciplinary lessons for children and teens
- Foster creativity while building strong technical skills
Student Development & Portfolios
- Plan and execute structured portfolios aligned to each student's ability and goals
- Track student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly
- Ensure timely completion of projects with quality outcomes
Senior Teacher Responsibilities
- Prepare clear, professional student reports
- Proactively communicate with parents regarding progress, strengths, and next steps
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior teachers
- Support training, lesson consistency, and teaching standards across the team
- Uphold the highest standards of student safety and classroom management
Professional Conduct
- Maintain a positive, respectful, and inspiring learning environment
- Be a collaborative team player contributing to studio culture
- Demonstrate ownership, reliability, and professionalism in all responsibilities
- Adhere to and execute academic and operational SOPs for self and the team
Qualifications & Experience
- BA Degree in Fine Arts or a closely related field (required)
- Teaching experience with children (art education preferred)
- Demonstrated experience in:
- Fine arts & theming
- 3Dsculpture / mixed media
- Mural or large-scale artwork
- Digital art tools or workflows
- Strong portfolio showcasing multidisciplinary skills (mandatory)
- Experience mentoring students for portfolio preparation (preferred)
