The Opportunity
- Adecco is partnering with a financial institute to find a finance professional with strong accounting and financial reporting expertise
- As a Senior Financial Specialist, you will work closely with the business stakeholders on end-to-end finance and accounting matters.
The Job
- Prepare and process accounting entries relating to fixed assets, general expenses, and account reconciliations.
- Compile daily and periodic reports to support regulatory compliance and monitor branch financial performance.
- preparation and submission of reports and returns to regulatory authorities, Head Office, and Branch Management.
- Support the implementation of new and revised regulatory and internal reporting requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and tax reporting submissions.
- Liaise with regulators, Head Office, internal stakeholders, and external auditors on reporting and audit queries.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Finance with CA/CPA/CMA/ACCA.
- 8 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance operations, or regulatory reporting.
- Prior exposure to the banking or financial services industry preferred.
- Strong process orientation with experience in expense processing and account reconciliation.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines.
