A senior finance leadership role responsible for driving Group performance through FP&A, cost optimization, and disciplined capital allocation. The role focuses on enhancing profitability, delivering forward-looking insights, and leading finance transformation initiatives leveraging SAP and BI platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Group Financial Planning, Reporting & Analytics
- Own Group FP&A and reporting strategy, delivering timely, accurate insights to support Board and executive decision-making
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance management across business segments, with clear visibility on financial outlook and risks
- Drive SAP and BI-enabled reporting transformation, strengthening data governance, automation, and dashboarding capabilities
- Deliver strategic insights through KPI management, variance analysis, benchmarking, and scenario modelling
- Oversee key value drivers: investment returns, capital allocation, cash flow, cost discipline, and working capital optimization
Business Partnering
- Strategic advisor to senior leadership and Board, influencing key business and investment decisions
- Challenge assumptions and shape strategy through robust financial analysis and risk assessment
- Lead business case evaluation, capital allocation, and strategic initiatives
- Drive accountability and financial discipline across business units
Leadership
- Lead team engagement, performance management, and talent development, including structured discussions and targeted training programs
- Build FP&A and digital capabilities to develop a high-performing, future-ready finance team
- Collaborate closely with business units, controllers, and Financial Accounting & Tax teams to align on performance metrics and expectations across the Group
- Develop and strengthen finance talent pipeline, supporting succession planning and long-term organizational capability building
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; professional qualification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred
- 10–15 years of relevant FP&A experience, with demonstrated exposure to Group-level operations
- Proven experience in finance transformation, including process improvement, automation, and system implementation
- Hands-on experience with SAP (e.g., S/4HANA, BPC or equivalent) and strong familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong business partnering experience with Business Units (BU), with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive performance outcomes
- Solid track record in cost control, profitability improvement, and performance management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior management
- Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives, manage multiple priorities, and drive change
