Position Summary
We are looking for a Senior Financial Planning and Analyst to join our growing finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for strategic financial planning and analysis that aligns with our business objectives. You will work with various departments to interpret and analyse financial data and provide meaningful insights on financial results. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and a passion for enhancing organizational financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning, Reporting & Insights
- Prepare monthly management reporting packs and analyse performance vs. budget and prior periods.
- Conduct financial analyses that support strategic initiatives across the organization.
- Build and enhance financial models to assess business performance and support forecasting.
- Consolidate financial and operational data to identify trends, drivers, and key KPIs.
- Develop and monitor performance metrics for management review.
- Manage the forecasting and budgeting process.
- Create clear, executiveready presentations that translate complex financial insights into actionable recommendations.
- Deliver accurate, timely, and highquality management reporting.
Sales & AR Metrics / KPI Analysis
- Analyse sales orders and revenuerelated data to identify trends, risks, and key performance drivers.
- Monitor and interpret sales and AR KPIs, providing insights to support forecasting, cashflow planning, and business decisionmaking.
- Review aged open sales orders and partner with crossfunctional teams to address delays and improve ordertocash performance.
- Prepare reporting packages that connect sales performance, billing trends, AR movements, and operational drivers for improved business visibility.

Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, or similar roles.
- Proficiency in Excel for financial modelling and data analysis familiarity with other analytical tools or software is a plus.
- Strong analytical, and problem-solving ability, and ability to perform in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis and trend identification.
- Ability to present findings and recommendations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
