Core Requirements
- Verified Live Trading Track Record & Trade Logs
- Must possess authentic live trading account history with complete trade logs, demonstrating verifiable performance in forex, indices, commodities, or derivatives.
- Existing Broker & Liquidity Provider (LP) Network
- Established relationships with retail brokers and institutional LPs; deep understanding of IB models, referral structures, and partnership frameworks.
- Deep Finance Expertise + AI & Quantitative Tool Proficiency
- Strong financial markets knowledge combined with hands-on experience in AI quantitative analysis, market data analytics, and algorithmic trading tools.
- Familiarity with TraderHub Ecosystem & Platform Operations
- Solid understanding of TraderHub platform rules, user management, community operations, and trader incubation mechanisms.
- Proficiency in Full-Spectrum Financial Analysis Tools
- Skilled in using mainstream financial terminals, charting platforms, risk-control systems, and research tools for daily content and trade demonstration.
- Content Creation & Social Media Operations
- Proven ability to produce trading educational content; experienced in managing LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and/or Instagram accounts to grow follower base and engage trading communities.

Compensation & Bonus Package
- Base Salary
- Fixed monthly base: SGD 8,500
- Annual guaranteed base: SGD 102,000
- Performance Commission (Uncapped, Monthly Payout)
- Retail IB Incentive:
- SGD 150–300 CPA per qualified funded client, plus SGD 3–6 per traded lot
- Typical monthly IB commission: SGD 7,000 – 12,000
- Institutional LP Partnership Commission:
- Profit-sharing from institutional onboarding and white-label deals (project-based)
- Content Commercial Bonus:
- SGD 2,000–5,000 per sponsored financial content, paid upon completion
- Total Monthly Compensation Range:
- SGD 16,000 – 28,000
- Annual Total Package: SGD 200,000 – 350,000
- Sign-on Bonus
- One‑time sign‑on equivalent to 1 month base salary (SGD 8,500), paid upon successful completion of 3‑month probation.
