About the role

The Senior Financial Controller will be a profile with a broad finance experience, based in the Singapore office. She or he will have experience managing the reporting/finance functions (accounting, budgeting, control, reporting and compliance) within a diverse, and country-based regional function. Relevant industry experience is a great plus, but not a requirement. As part of the financial team, the Senior Financial Controller, will play an important role in ensuring high quality in all reporting and compliance activities for the region and report directly to the CFO, Asia Pacific.

What you'll be driving:

  • Lead budgeting, P&L management, cost control, and financial planning across Asia Pacific.
  • Ensure accurate financial accounting, reporting, and compliance with IFRS and contemporary standards.
  • Produce clear executive-level financial insights using BI tools; turn data into decisions.
  • Champion transformation initiatives that strengthen processes, systems, and financial performance.
  • Oversee ERP governance and financial IT systems (e.g., Axapta, SAS) while elevating digital capability.
  • Navigate multi-country reporting and the complexities of a large international group with confidence.
