Senior/Financial Analyst (MNC/Manufacturing/Bugis)

Job Overview

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly management reports for specific entities or sub-groups. This includes P&L, balance sheets, cash flow, and working capital analysis using Excel and Tableau.

• Manage rolling forecasts, annual budgeting, and long-term financial projections.

• Identify key risks and commercial opportunities through scenario analysis, focusing on sales margins, inventory, expenses, and KPIs.

• Collaborate on ad-hoc corporate projects such as M&A, corporate finance, and process improvement initiatives.

• Attend monthly reviews and work closely with teams in Singapore, China, and overseas to address financial performance issues.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance or Accounting.

• 3+ years of corporate financial analysis experience. Background in Big 4 or accounting firms (2-3 years) is ideal.

• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle/SAP/IBM) and HFM.

• Familiarity with dashboard tools like Tableau and implementation of forecasting systems is a plus.

• Hands-on experience with financial modeling (P&L, BS, CF) and long-term projections (1-5 years).
