Key Responsibilities:
- Support costing, forecasting, and performance reporting for FE Operations
- Perform variance analysis and cost tracking, providing clear insights on key drivers (e.g. volume, yield, labor, overhead)
- Drive process improvements and automation to reduce manual effort in reporting and data consolidation
- Develop and maintain Power BI / Tableau dashboards for standardized reporting
- Apply tools such as Microsoft Copilot (AI) to enhance analysis, reporting, and documentation (with proper validation)
- Support planning and forecasting cycles, including data preparation and variance commentary
- Collaborate with Operations, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver improvements
- Ensure proper documentation, controls, and sustainability of processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), cost accounting, or financial analysis Manufacturing / semiconductor / operations-driven environment (preferred)
- Experience in contract or project-based roles is an advantage
- Strong foundation in: Costing, variance analysis, and financial reporting
- Familiar with: Month-end close processes (accruals, reconciliations) and Standard costing and manufacturing cost structures
