Job Description

Our client is currently looking to bring onboard a Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) for a highly visible role supporting senior management in financial planning, performance tracking, and strategic decision-making.

This role is focused on budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and performance analysis. The position offers strong exposure to business drivers and strategic initiatives within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes, delivering accurate projections and actionable insights
  • Perform detailed variance analysis to identify key drivers and trends impacting business performance
  • Develop financial models and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions
  • Monitor cash flow and prepare short- and long-term cash forecasts to support working capital optimization
  • Support KPI development and performance tracking across P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow

Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare and deliver management reports and presentations to senior stakeholders
  • Design and maintain dashboards that provide clear, data-driven insights into business performance
  • Drive reporting efficiency and automation using tools such as Power BI
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and integrity of financial data across reports

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent; Chartered Accountant such as ISCA/MIA is an advantage)
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, management accounting, or Big 4 audit (with FP&A exposure)
  • Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
  • Advanced analytical capabilities with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI (or similar BI tools)
  • Experience with Oracle or SAP systems is preferred
  • Knowledge of basic programming (e.g., SQL) is an advantage
