We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner closely with FrontEnd (FE) Operations leaders to drive cost transparency, planning accuracy, and data driven decision making. The role blends Accounting, FP&A, and Finance Business Partnering with deep costing expertise and advanced dashboarding (Power BI/Tableau) superuser capabilities. You will own end to end analyses across standard costing, monthly/quarterly performance reviews, budgeting/forecasting, and deliver scalable insights to cross functional teams.

Main Responsibilities

  • Monthly performance & cost analytics
    • Review and analyze actual process costs vs. plan highlight key drivers and recommend corrective actions.
    • Ensure consistent, high quality data capture to support internal and external benchmarking.
  • Quarterly outlooks & goal tracking
    • Prepare quarterly projections of process costs vs. prior plans, goals, and benchmarks, articulate risks and opportunities with clear narratives for operations leaders.
  • Business partnering & decision support
    • Serve as a trusted finance partner to FE Operations leadership and cross-functional partners (Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR) to evaluate tradeoffs, model scenarios, and influence decisions with data.
  • Planning (Budget/LRF/Forecast)
    • Lead/support the annual budget and periodic forecasts (volume, yield, labor/overhead absorption, PPV, spending) consolidate inputs and present variances to plan/prior cycles.
  • Costing ownership
    • Execute standard costing activities ensure products/processes are costed correctly and changes are well explained to nonfinance stakeholders.
  • Dashboards & analytics products
    • Design, build, and maintain enterprise grade Power BI/Tableau dashboards and semantic models that automate recurring reporting for FE Ops Finance, drive adoption and continuous improvement.
  • Management information & special projects
    • Respond to adhoc management requests lead special projects that improve cost visibility, throughput, and financial performance.
  • Data governance & collaboration
    • Uphold data consistency, lineage, and relevance across site and global finance improve coordination and communication within site/global Finance communities.

Other Responsibilities

  • Drive reporting standardization and documentation (definitions, metric owners, refresh cadences).
  • Contribute to process improvement (e.g., automation, template rationalization, controls).
  • Support audit or compliance requests related to costing and FP&A deliverables.

Candidate Profile

Minimum Required Qualifications / Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in FP&A, Management Accounting, or Cost Accounting.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency (modeling, PowerQuery/PowerPivot preferred).
  • Power BI and/or Tableau: superuser level, including data modeling (e.g., star schemas), DAX/LOD calculations, role-evel security, performance tuning, and dashboard design & build from scratch.
  • Costing expertise: standard cost builds, cost rolls, PPV, labor/overhead analysis, absorption and rate setting, BOM/routing cost understanding.
  • FP&A: budgeting/forecasting, driver based models, scenario analysis, variance decomposition (price/volume/mix/yield).
  • Data skills: strong data wrangling and quality controls experience with ETL and working across multiple sources (ERP/MES/production data).
  • Proven ability to partner with business leaders and present insights clearly to finance and nonfinance audiences.
  • Critical, analytical thinker with a keen eye for detail and a strong bias for data accuracy.
  • Clear, concise communication (written and verbal) tailored to technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Ownership & tenacity in a fast paced, high volume manufacturing environment proactive problem solving.
  • Experience integrating BI with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP/MES) familiarity with version control and analytics best practices.
  • Experience with benchmarking, KPI frameworks, and storytelling with data.
  • Semiconductor or manufacturing finance experience is highly preferred
  • Accounting knowledge with solid understanding of management accounting concepts exposure to IFRS/US GAAP a plus.
  • Professional certification: ACCA or CPA (or equivalent) is a plus.
