Our client is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to take ownership of financial planning, analysis, and business partnering across the APAC region. Responsibilities
- Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes across APAC, delivering annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with country finance teams to generate actionable insights that influence strategic and operational business outcomes
- Consolidate regional financial results and produce comprehensive analytical reports for global FP&A teams and senior leadership
- Develop detailed financial models to support business reviews, pricing strategies, and new product launches, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Ensure adherence to corporate accounting policies, internal controls, and compliance with local statutory requirements across APAC markets
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing process enhancements and system upgrades to improve accuracy and operational efficiency
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- CPA/CA or MBA qualification preferred
- 5-8 years of progressive FP&A or finance experience, ideally within the medical devices, FMCG, or manufacturing sectors
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with SAP, Hyperion, or Power BI considered a strong advantage
- Strong analytical capabilities combined with effective communication and business partnering skills to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
