Job Description
Financial Control and Reporting
- Support monthly close activities, including validation of accruals, rebates, and preparation of management reporting packs.
- Analyse financial performance across sales volumes, margins, fixed costs, and capital investments.
- Assist in the preparation of business cases, board-level materials, management reports, and adhoc financial analyses.
- Monitor and manage fixed cost controls.
- Act as a deputy to the Regional Senior Controller when required.
Business Planning, Forecasting
- Support the coordination and execution of the regional business planning and forecasting cycles.
- Manage the investment governance process across the regional group of companies, ensuring compliance with group policies and approval frameworks.
- Prepare regular reporting on capital expenditure, investment progress, and key project developments for senior management.
- Review, assess, and challenge investment proposals to support informed decision-making.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure financial inputs are accurate, complete, and timely.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Analyst should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in financial controlling, analysis, or planning roles.
- Proficiency in SAP and business intelligence tools (e.g. data warehousing and reporting platforms) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret, present, and communicate financial data effectively.
