Job description
A Chinese-based conglomerate group is seeking for a seasoned Senior Finance Manager for their Singapore office. This is a full-spectrum finance role covering capital markets, governance, and cross-border operations.
You will own the full finance function, covering financial accounting, management reporting, budgeting, and business partnering while supporting treasury, banking relationships, and financing activities. You will also play a key role in financial governance, internal controls, audits, board-level reporting, and regular stakeholder engagement with banks, auditors, and regulators.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting or Finance CPA, CA, or ACCA preferred.
- Big 4 audit background with commercial experience preferred, candidate with exposure to shipping or commodities industry is a strong advantage.
- Proven experience in a listed-company environment with reporting, governance, and capital market exposure.
- Hands-on across full finance functions with working knowledge of treasury and banking arrangements.
- Strong financial modelling, analytical, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience working with China-based entities or cross-border operations is an advantage.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin as need to dealing Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
