Senior Finance Manager, Real Estate Sector

Our client, a real estate subsidiary of an SGX-listed group, is seeking a dynamic Senior Finance Manager to support its growing business operations.

This role oversees the full spectrum of finance functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, ensures compliance and statutory requirements. You will lead audit and regulatory processes, deliver robust financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, and provide insightful recommendations to senior leadership.

The position also involves leading and developing a high-performing finance team, managing key relationships with auditors, banks, tax advisors and regulators and driving continuous improvements, automation and digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate holds a Degree in Accountancy with a CPA qualification and has at least 8 years of progressive finance experience, preferably within the real estate or related sectors. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills are essential to succeed in this role.
