Responsibilities:
- Strategic Finance Leadership: Drive long-term financial planning aligned with business goals, lead budgeting and forecasting, and provide strategic financial insights to senior leadership.
- Financial Management: Oversee financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual), perform variance analysis, track KPIs, and manage group consolidation.
- Team & Collaboration: Lead and mentor accounting teams, foster a high-performance culture, and collaborate across departments for financial alignment.
- Risk, Compliance & Operations: Ensure regulatory and accounting compliance, manage audits and tax matters, monitor cash flow, and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Business Support: Support ERP implementation, M&A due diligence, and tax optimization. Liaise with legal and business development teams to align financial goals with business opportunities.
- Operational Oversight: Oversee daily finance and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with company standards.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy
- At least 10 years of experience in corporate finance, including at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role
- Strong Finance Business Partnering Experience
- Hands-on with strong leadership
- Manufacturing MNC exposure
- Regional Exposure
