Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end finance operations
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
• Lead manufacturing and project costing, standard costing, and inventory valuation processes
• Drive budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with key stakeholders
• Partner with operations and supply chain teams to support decision-making
• Provide financial insights on pricing, margins, and performance
• Support audit processes and strengthen governance framework
• Drive process improvements, reporting standardization, and ERP system enhancements

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 10 years of finance experience, ideally in manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of costing, inventory accounting, and full set finance operations
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on, operational mindset with strong business partnering ability
