The Senior Finance Manager supports the organisation with timely financial insights, management reporting, and forecasting to strengthen decision-making. The role partners closely with business units, enhances financial processes, and guides the finance team in operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and performance commentary
- Lead annual budgeting and support rolling forecasts
- Provide financial insights, scenario modelling and costs analysis
- Strengthen internal controls, improve finance processes and ensure policy compliance
- Partner with stakeholders on financial planning, programme profitability and resource allocation
- Oversee day-to-day finance operations and support team development
