Senior Finance Manager (FP&A / Business Partnering)
About the Role
We are representing our client in hiring a Senior Finance Manager to lead financial planning, reporting, and business partnering for a growing organization. This is a high-impact role supporting senior leadership with data-driven insights, financial strategy, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning
- Perform variance analysis, identifying key business drivers and risks
- Develop financial models to support investments, pricing, and growth strategies
Financial Reporting & Compliance
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
- Ensure compliance with IFRS / GAAP / ASC 606 standards
- Partner with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulators
Business Partnering & Commercial Finance
- Act as a finance business partner to department heads and leadership teams
- Provide insights on profitability, cost optimization, and margin improvement
- Support pricing strategy, budgeting decisions, and KPI tracking
Cash Flow & Working Capital Management
- Oversee cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning
- Optimize working capital (AR, AP, inventory)
- Support treasury and banking relationships
Process Improvement & Systems
- Drive improvements in financial processes, controls, and reporting accuracy
- Lead ERP and BI system enhancements and automation initiatives
- Strengthen internal controls and risk management frameworks
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals
- Build a high-performance, collaborative finance function
- Manage resource planning, performance reviews, and development plans
Requirements (Keywords for ATS Matching)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with CPA / CA / ACCA
- 8 years and above in experience in FP&A, financial reporting, and commercial finance
- Experience in mid-to-large companies
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, ASC 606 and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)
- Advanced skills in financial modeling, Excel, and data analysis
- Proven track record in business partnering and stakeholder management
