About the role
This is an exciting full-time opportunity for a Finance Manager to join the dynamic team at FOUNTAIN OF YOUTH PTE LTD in the Others West Region. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the company'sfinancial accounting and reporting, as well as supporting the HR functions.
What you'll be doing
- Preparing monthly, and annual financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Ensuring accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions
- Delivering financial analysis and insights to aid business decision-making, with strong proficiency in creating charts and graphs for comprehensive analysis reports
- Leading the relationship between our business and external agents/ auditors
- Managing all taxation matters
- Assisting with HR-related tasks, such as payroll processing, CPF submission, benefits administration, and income tax related matter
- Establishing and maintaining financial policies and procedures for the company
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar finance cum HR role, preferably within the accounting industry
- Strong financial accounting and reporting skills, with a solid understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
- Proficient in the use of financial software and tools, such as XERO systems and spreadsheet applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail
