Your new role

• Lead treasury reporting activities across monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant financial and regulatory reporting.
• Provide analysis and insights on liquidity, funding, capital adequacy, balance sheet performance, and treasury-related metrics for management and regulatory reporting.
• Partner closely with Treasury, ALM, Global Markets, Product Control, Risk, and overseas stakeholders to ensure data integrity and consistency across reporting processes.
• Oversee treasury reporting governance, controls, and compliance with accounting standards, BNM requirements, and internal policies.
• Drive enhancements in treasury systems, data analytics, reporting automation, and process optimisation initiatives.
• Act as a key liaison with regulators, auditors, and senior management on treasury reporting matters and regulatory developments.
• Support the implementation of new regulatory requirements, treasury frameworks, and strategic finance initiatives across the bank.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline,( ACCA, ICAEW, CPA, CFA, FRM)
• Proven experience within treasury reporting, financial reporting, product control, regulatory reporting, ALM, or treasury finance functions in a banking environment.
• Strong understanding of treasury products, liquidity management, funding, capital management, and balance sheet reporting.
• Familiarity with BNM regulatory requirements, financial reporting frameworks, and banking governance standards.
• Experience leading teams and managing complex stakeholder relationships across Treasury, Risk, Finance, Global Markets, and senior management.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex financial and treasury data into actionable business insights.
• Exposure to treasury systems, data analytics tools, automation initiatives, and reporting transformation projects would be highly advantageous.
