ZACD Group Ltd is a Singapore-incorporated company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, operating an integrated real estate investment and development platform covering fund management, property development, asset management and structured investment vehicles.
As part of its strategic growth, the Group is exploring broader capital markets participation, including potential retail and digitally enabled investment solutions.
This role oversees the Group's financial reporting, governance, internal controls and regulatory compliance across the listed entity, managed funds, joint ventures, development SPVs and digital investment structures, supporting the Board and senior management in safeguarding shareholder and investor interests through disciplined financial stewardship and transparency.

Secondary Chairman, Board of Directors and Audit Committee
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Reporting, Governance & Compliance
- Lead Group reporting and disclosures in line with HKEX, IFRS/SFRS(I), and regulatory standards
- Ensure integrity, timeliness, and transparency of Board, Audit Committee, and investor reporting
- Oversee accounting treatment across funds, JVs, SPVs, and emerging digital investment structures
2. Investment, Fund & Development Financial Oversight
- Oversee financial performance across funds, co-investments, JVs, and development projects
- Drive capital efficiency, investment returns, and alignment with investor mandates
- Lead end-to-end financial governance across the development lifecycle (feasibility to completion)
3. Capital, Treasury & Financing Strategy
- Lead treasury, liquidity planning, and capital allocation across the Group
- Structure and manage financing (development facilities, fund leverage, structured financing)
- Support capital raising initiatives across institutional and emerging retail channels
4. Digital Platforms, Risk & Regulatory Oversight
- Establish governance frameworks for digital and tokenised investment platforms
- Ensure compliance across MAS, HKEX, and evolving digital asset regulations
- Identify and mitigate financial, operational, and emerging technology risks
5. Controls, Systems & Leadership
- Strengthen internal controls, governance frameworks, and financial discipline across entities
- Drive systems, automation, and data integrity to support scalable reporting
- Lead finance teams and engage Board, investors, lenders, and key stakeholders
Job Requirements:
Education and Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
- Professional qualification such as CA, CPA or ACCA is mandatory.
Experience
- 10 years of progressive financial experience, inclusive of minimum 5 years in management.
- Demonstrated experience in fund or investment management is mandatory.
- Experience in property development finance or real estate investment structures preferred.
- Experience in listed company reporting and governance frameworks preferred.
- Exposure to digital investment platforms or tokenisation initiatives advantageous.
