Job Description

Role Overview

ZACD Group Ltd is a Singapore-incorporated company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, operating an integrated real estate investment and development platform covering fund management, property development, asset management and structured investment vehicles.

The Senior Finance Executive at ZACD is responsible for executing day-to-day finance operations with accuracy and discipline, supporting the Finance Manager in maintaining reliable financial records and compliance. The role focuses on handling full sets of accounts, managing month-end close, preparing audit schedules, and ensuring timely submissions in line with MAS, ACRA, and IRAS requirements. Operating in a fast-moving and evolving environment, the role requires strong attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to follow through on tasks with minimal supervision. Success in this role means delivering clean, accurate numbers, meeting deadlines without fail, and supporting a stable and well-controlled finance function.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Support

  • Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain proper financial documentation and records in compliance with audit requirements.
  • Liaise with external parties (e.g. bankers, vendors) on finance-related matters.

2. Administrative Support

  • Coordinate processes, including vendor management for all projects/ funds.
  • Maintain organised filing systems and documentation for finance and operations.
  • Support general administrative duties related to project and fund operations.

3. Financial Reporting & Closing

  • Support Finance Manager in full sets of accounts and month-end/year-end closing
  • Prepare timely and accurate financial statements in accordance with SFRS/IFRS
  • Support statutory reporting and audit schedules

4. Audit & Compliance

  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies
  • Ensure compliance with IRAS, ACRA, and relevant statutory requirements
  • Prepare GST submissions and corporate tax schedules

Education and Professional Qualifications

  • Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
  • Professional qualification: ACCA / CPA (non-negotiable)
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including:
  • 3 years in a mid-tier audit firm (Big 4 / mid-tier preferred)
  • 2 years in-house commercial experience
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore regulatory framework
  • Hands-on experience managing full sets of accounts
  • Proficient in Excel and accounting systems (e.g. Xero, MYOB, etc.)
