Senior Finance Executive (SAP) / Insurance Industry

Our client is a digitally driven insurance broker and portal. They are looking for a Senior Finance Executive to assist their Finance team for the next phrase of their business. They are located at Central of Singapore- easily accessible. The Senior Finance Executive is responsible for:

Duties

• Lead and manage the Finance team's daily operations, ensuring efficiency and strong team performance.
• Coach and develop team members to enhance their technical skills and overall capabilities.
• Drive process improvements by collaborating with departments and optimizing finance procedures and systems through automation.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support strategic decision-making, and assist in business planning and stakeholder negotiations.
• Support month-end/year-end closing, ensure accuracy of financial records, and liaise with external parties (auditors, tax agents, corporate secretary).

Requirements

• Possess Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent
• Min 5 years of relevant working experience in full sets of accounts and 3 years of audit background
• Proficient in SAP B1 is an added advantage
