Senior Finance Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a highly capable Finance Executive to oversee our Singapore finance operations and provide strategic support to the regional business. The ideal candidate will be an experienced finance professional with a strong background in accounting, taxation, and compliance, particularly within Singapore's regulatory framework.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Operations

• Manage full-set accounts, including monthly, quarterly, and annual closing.
• Prepare consolidated financial reports and financial analysis for management.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and cost control processes.
• Monitor financial risks and provide timely alerts and recommendations.

Cash & Financing Management

• Manage cross-border fund flows and ensure compliance with foreign exchange regulations.
• Optimize financing structures and maintain strong relationships with banks.
• Support overseas financing activities and settlement center operations.

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure compliance with Singapore's taxation policies, statutory filings, and international accounting standards (IFRS/Singapore GAAP).
• Coordinate statutory audits, tax submissions, and regulatory filings (IRAS, MAS, etc.).
• Maintain accurate financial documentation and ensure audit-readiness.

Strategic Support

• Provide financial insights for business contracts, investments, and expansion projects.
• Conduct ROI analysis and financial feasibility studies to support decision-making.
• Partner with business leaders to align financial planning with corporate strategy.

Tools & Systems

• Proficient in Excel and financial systems such as SAP, Yonyou, or Xero.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or Auditing.
• Professional certifications (ACCA, CPA, Chartered Accountant, or equivalent) preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of independent financial management experience (SME or full-set accounting).
• Strong knowledge of Singapore tax policies, foreign exchange regulations, and IFRS/Singapore GAAP.
• Hands-on experience in cross-border fund management, tax filings, and overseas financing.
• Strong cross-cultural communication skills able to liaise with HQ and local stakeholders.
