We're looking for a fun, motivated, and driven individual with a flair for numbers to join our Finance team on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities include:
a/Financial Accounting and Reporting
- Managing the full set of accounts including Account Receivables, Account Payables, Fixed Assets, Cash Flow
- Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with Singapore Finance Reporting Standards (SFRS)
- Ensuring timely month-end and year-end closing of accounts
- Maintaining accurate supporting schedules for audit and management reporting
b/Budgeting and Forecasting
- Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts
- Tracking and analysing budget versus actual performance, providing stakeholders with analysis
- Supporting the management in all aspects of financial planning and cost control initiatives
c/Cash Flow and Treasury
- Monitoring all cash flow management, banking transactions and funding requirements
- Managing both accounts receivables and payables to optimise working capital
- Assisting with all bank reconciliations and ensuring proper treasury controls
d/Taxation and Compliance
- Preparing, filing, and consolidating GST submissions and other statutory flings
- Liaising with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities (IRAS and ACRA)
- Ensuring compliance with local laws, accounting standards, and corporate policies
e/Payroll and Claims
- Managing monthly payroll and claims processing
- Overseeing the accurate and timely submission of CPF contributions, ensuring full compliance with statutory regulations and reconciliation with payroll records
f/Business Support
- Providing financial insights and recommendations to key internal stakeholders to support business decisions
- Collaborating closely with internal departments (Operations, HR, Retail, Business Development and Marketing Departments) on finance-related matters
- Managing ad-hoc projects, financial analysis, and management requests
- Reporting to superiors, directors and assisting with any other matters required
g/Business Expansion and Malaysia Office Operations
- Liaising with accountants in Malaysia to ensure finance and accounting compliance
- Liaising with payroll partners in Malaysia to ensure accurate and timely salary payments
- Submitting all payments for approval by stakeholders
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or ACCA equivalent
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in managing full set of accounts in Singapore-based companies
- Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting standards, GST, and statutory requirements
- Proficient in accounting software including Xero, SAP, Quickbooks and advanced Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills
- Meticulous, independent individual with strong time management skills
- A self-starter with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership
- Possess excellent communication skills to liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and internal stakeholders
- High levels of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
