Senior Finance Executive

A locally listed company holding a diversified portfolio of investments in materials, property and service industry is currently seeking a Senior Executive to join their Finance team.

Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, the Senior Finance Executive will be tasked to handle financial reporting, budgeting and consolidation. The incumbent will be responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements along with managing cash positions and adherence to regulatory compliance standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Accounting or ACCA equivalent
• At least 5 years of working experience in accounting
• Prior exposure to Real Estate related industries an advantage
• Previous working experience in a listed firm is a plus
• Experience in handling full set of accounts is a must.
• Competent usage of major ERP system such as SAP / Oracle
• Familiarity with IFRS (International Financial reporting standards).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word)
• Possess a good command of English
