Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Executive to independently manage the full set of accounts for several smaller entities within our growing F&B group. This is a hands-on role that involves day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance across multiple brands. You will work closely with management to provide timely insights that support operational and strategic decisions. The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic multi-brand F&B environment, with the opportunity to grow within a group finance structure.
Responsibilities:
- Handle full sets of accounts for entities assigned, not limited to AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation and fixed assets.
- Responsible for day-to-day transactions. Ensure all transactions are recorded in appropriate accounting period and records are maintained in accordance with prevailing accounting standards, and Company policies and procedures.
- Preparation of audit and tax schedules, bank reconciliation and balance sheet
- Timely GST filing and handling tax matters.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Ensure compliance with IRAS, ACRA, and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and government agencies
- Deal directly with brand leads, outlet Managers and support the brand with timely and accurate information to drive financial performance
- Identify and implement process improvements and maintain internal controls
- Support any other finance-related requirements as assigned by the managers
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or ACCA equivalent
- At least 3-5 years of accounting experience, ideally in F&B or FMCG
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Independent, analytical, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines
- Able to manage time and tasks across different companies within a group structure
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Available to commence work at short notice is an advantage.
