Senior Finance Executive
(for a market leader in real - estate owner)
Roles
- Managing day to day accounting operational - includes AR, AP, GL, Bank Reconciliation
- Assist in preparing full set accounts during month end and year end closing.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation, analysis and reporting of monthly accounting.
- Liaise with internal and external parties on accounting and payment matters.
- Ensure timely and accurate expense tracking, payment processing and payment receive.
- Responsible to control the company cash flow and update Manager at a timely manner.
- Ensure all documents received are checked, validated and matched accordingly.
- Maintain complete updated Intercompany records in the system
- Handle Fixed Assets management and depreciation for the company.
- Prepare monthly management report
- Liaise with external auditor, tax agent, banker, company secretary.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certifications like ACCA or equivalent are often preferred.
- Additionally, proficiency in accounting software and knowledge of local financial regulations are essential
