Job Description

Senior Finance Executive / Finance Manager
Multi-Entity Finance Control, Reconciliation and Reporting
Salary Range: SGD 3,500 to SGD 6,00 per month
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Location: Toa Payoh / assigned company office or operating site
Industry: Fitness, Wellness, Pilates, Personal Training and Business Expansion

About Us
We are a growing fitness and wellness group operating across multiple companies and business lines, including gyms, Pilates studio operations, personal training services, corporate management and overseas expansion activities.

The group currently operates across several entities, including gym operating companies, a Pilates studio business, a personal training business, Purple Pluto as the corporate / management company, and an overseas Hong Kong-related entity.

As we continue to expand, we are strengthening our finance function to provide better financial control, reconciliation discipline, reporting visibility and cashflow management across the group.
We are looking for a hands-on, responsible and experienced Senior Finance Executive / Finance Manager to support and strengthen the finance backbone of the group.

This is a suitable role for someone who is comfortable working in a growing SME environment, enjoys building systems, and is able to operate across accounting detail, reconciliation work, cashflow tracking and management reporting support.

Role Overview
The Senior Finance Executive / Finance Manager will support financial control across multiple entities within the group.

The role covers bookkeeping oversight, bank reconciliation, revenue reconciliation, cashflow tracking, management reporting, payroll coordination, GST and statutory support, payment controls, receivables monitoring, audit support and liaison with external accountants, auditors, corporate secretarial providers and tax agents.

The final appointment title will depend on the candidate's experience, capability and level of independence.

Candidates with strong accounting, reconciliation, payroll, CPF, GST, audit support and multi-entity finance experience may be appointed as Senior Finance Executive.

More experienced candidates who are able to independently oversee multi-entity finance control, cashflow reporting, month-end closing, external accountant coordination, internal controls and management-level financial reporting may be considered at Finance Manager level.
