We are partnering with a distinguished family office in Asia to hire a Finance/ Senior Finance Executive to join their team. You'll be playing a key support role within the finance team; managing accounting, tax and financial matters across the investment entities. You will be:
- Overseeing/ Managing full sets of accounts for investment entities, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
- Preparing quarterly and annual management accounts, financial statements and investment performance reports.
- Reconciliation of cash balances and investment valuations against bank/ investment statements.
- Assisting with investment accounting/ operations matters such as subscriptions, redemptions and capital calls.
- Handling corporate tax filings, statutory audits, and Goods & Services Tax (GST) submissions.
- Supporting regulatory compliance and assisting with general corporate administration matters.
- Liaising with external service providers, such as tax agents, banks, auditors, etc.
- Performing ad hoc duties and projects as required by the team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- CA, CPA, or ACCA qualifications preferred.
- At least 4 years of experience in audit and full sets of accounting, preferably in private equity, investment management or family office environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Team player, self-motivated and ability to work independently.
