We are a Singapore-based biopharmaceutical company listed on the Korea Exchange (KOSPI). We are seeking a Senior Finance Executive/ Assistant Finance Manager to support key financial reporting, regulatory disclosures, and corporate governance activities in compliance with K-IFRS and KRX requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Consolidation (K-IFRS)
- Support the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements, including audit coordination and disclosure notes
- Review consolidated financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with K-IFRS
- Perform reconciliation between English and Korean financial reports
Regulatory Reporting & Disclosures (KRX)
- Prepare and ensure timely submission of periodic disclosures, including annual, semi-annual, and quarterly reports
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather and validate disclosure information
- Manage disclosure timelines and ensure compliance with regulatory deadlines
- Prepare and review XBRL filings in accordance with KRX requirements
Corporate Governance & Board Support
- Provide administrative and coordination support for Board of Directors (BOD), Audit Committee (AC), and Annual General Meetings (AGM)
- Assist in the preparation of board materials, resolutions, and meeting minutes
Ad Hoc & Cross-Functional Support
- Collaborate with internal departments on finance-related matters
- Support various finance projects and ad hoc assignments as required
Requirements
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
- Experience with K-IFRS consolidation and KRX disclosure reporting is highly preferred
- Proactive mindset with a strong interest in understanding the business and its operations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Bilingual in English and Korean, with strong written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications& Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles
- CPA or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage
