Senior Finance Executive

Responsibilities

• Lead the month-end closing process
• Preparation journals, perform bank reconciliation and audit schedules
• Manage full set of accounts for the company and its subsidiaries
• Preparation of monthly premium and cash reports for Singapore and Indonesia
• Handle the quarterly submission of OJK report for Indonesia
• Handle the annual submission of MAS returns
• Liaison with auditors and ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Ad-hoc reports as and when required

Requirements

• Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
• At least 4 years relevant working experience
• Positive attitude, strong aptitude and high motivation to learn
• Meticulous, able to multi-task and work independently within deadline
• Willingness to handle hands-on manual financial processing and cyclical reporting
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Sun Accounting System software
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Excel, Words, PowerPoint)
