We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Finance Executive to join our finance team. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations and reporting across regions.
Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of accounts for our Hong Kong entity.
- Provide timely and accurate monthly management reports.
- Handle AR Function, including data entry, verify sales invoices, send SOA and payment reminder to customer.
- Handle AP Function, including data entry, perform 3-way match of vendor invoice, process payment and perform AP reconciliation with vendor SOA.
- Process staff expenses claim.
- Verify vendor payments for our related entities.
- Handle audit, corporate tax filing.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal control processes.
- Maintain good documentation and filing system.
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Accountancy/ Finance.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant hands-on experience.
- Good knowledge of financial reporting standards and Hong Kong tax laws.
- Experience in SAP B1 system is an advantage.
- Ability to communicate in Cantonese is preferred to liaise with Cantonese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
- Meticulous with attention to details.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
