Location: Central/South Singapore

About the Role

Our client, a well-established freight forwarding company backed by a leading global logistics group, is looking for a hands-on Senior Executive, Finance to join on a 6-month contract, supporting full sets of accounts across multiple entities. A great opportunity for a finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multinational logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full sets of accounts for multiple entities within the group
• Handle month-end and year-end closing, including journal entries, accruals and reconciliations
• Prepare intercompany reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Support budgeting, forecasting and cash flow reporting
• Prepare and submit GST, ECI and XBRL filings in compliance with statutory requirements
• Liaise with external auditors and prepare supporting audit schedules
• Work closely with regional and HQ stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant finance/accounting experience, ideally within a multinational or shared services environment
• Proficient in accounting/ERP systems
• Strong understanding of Singapore statutory and tax compliance requirements
• Meticulous, organised, and able to manage multiple entities/deadlines simultaneously
• Immediate to short notice availability preferred
