Manage overseas financing to achieve the company strategy and the group's financing goals.
Responsible for building Singapore and US financing team and managing US trade settlement matters.
Familiar with the characteristics of each financial product and business models, to find the corresponding treasury solution according to the company's business needs and to reduce the company's financial costs.
Predict and evaluate the potential risks of investment and financing from the financial perspective, and plan emergency measures to minimize the company's losses.
Supervise the implementation of investment and financing projects, make suggestions and advice on professional fields, and be responsible for follow-up monitoring, analysis, evaluation and management of completed investment and financing work.
Establish good communication and relationship with financial institutions, investment institutions, third-parties and other stakeholders.
Responsible for financing activities and cooperation across all departments in the company to facilitate the financing funds to be available as soon as possible.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above, major in finance, accounting, international finance, etc.
More than 10 years working experience in finance or financing and must have working experience in Europe or US.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent in data analysis and learning ability.
Outgoing, proactive, responsible, patient, innovative and a good team leader.
Must fluent in English and Mandarin in order to liaise with Chinese counterparties.
