Senior Finance Associate - PE Fund

The Company

Partnering with a PE fund with more than US$2B in global AUM to hire a Senior Finance Associate for their team. This role will work closely across Investment, Risk, Legal and HR teams, and report into a Finance Manager.

The Role

This role is responsible for fund accounting and reporting of global funds, with responsibilities not limited to the following:

• Review the work of external Fund Administrators.
• Prepare quarterly LP reports and the full set of accounts for the Funds and its SPVs.
• Review Funds NAVs, LP allocations, Carried Interest, and IRR calculations.
• Review capital calls and distributions notices.
• Monitor the Funds and Investments performance.
• Handle any Investor queries on the Funds.
• Work with Investment Team on deal structuring, funding and final closing.
• Assist with audit, tax, and MAS regulatory filings as needed

Work arrangement: 1 day WFH, central Singapore

Your Profile

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• CPA/CA/ACCA qualification preferred but not a must-have.
• 5 years of experience in Private Equity fund accounting.
• Technically competent, diligent, and high level of integrity.
• Strong communicator with excellent written and spoken English fluency.
