Job Description
- Lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-term strategic planning for APAC.
- Prepare and present financial performance reports, variance analysis, and KPIs.
- Act as a strategic advisor to APAC leadership, supporting commercial decisions and investment evaluations.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain to drive performance improvements.
- Enhance FP&A processes and leverage ERP and BI tools for accurate reporting.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics MBA or CPA/CMA/ACCA preferred.
- At least 5 years of FP&A experience, ideally in industrial manufacturing.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills advanced Excel proficiency.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
