You will serve as the key finance business partner supporting a project-based engineering business operating across Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia. You will be responsible for financial planning and analysis, project profitability, budgeting, forecasting, revenue reporting, and business partnering with commercial and operational stakeholders.

Description
- Develop and manage profitability analysis across multiple business streams and projects
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting for revenue, expenses, headcount and capital expenditure
Analyse project financial performance and provide recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency
Monitor Work-in-Progress (WIP) balances and support project accounting activities
Support Percentage of Completion (POC) revenue recognition and project reporting
Perform detailed financial reviews to ensure accurate and timely reporting
Partner closely with sales and operational teams on revenue forecasting and pipeline analysis
Support bonus and commission calculations
Consolidate and analyse financial information across multiple entities
Identify risks, opportunities and operational improvement initiatives
Produce management reports and strategic analyses to support decision-making
Provide coaching and guidance to junior finance team members where required
Profile
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline
At least 4 years of relevant finance and accounting experience
Experience in financial analysis, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, project accounting, or commercial finance
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate financial data into business insights
Confident communicator with the ability to work effectively with cross-function stakeholders
Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving business environment
