Senior Field Sales Executive

FSE will spearhead our sales initiatives and drive scale initiatives within targeted markets. As a vital member of our sales team, FSE involves direct engagement with clients, strategic development of sales plans, and hands-on leadership in navigating sales cycles for our software products, hardware solutions, and comprehensive service offerings. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of our products and the ability to forge strong, enduring relationships with high-value clients.


. Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and implement strategic sales plans that effectively align with Tunity's overall business goals, focusing on expanding market share and entering new markets.

. Client Relationship Management: Forge and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across various industries, understanding their unique challenges and how Tunity's solutions can address their needs.

. Complex Sales Negotiations: Lead negotiations of high-value contracts, ensuring alignment with both Tunity's goals and customer expectations, thereby securing long-term partnerships.

. Market Expansion Activities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in untapped markets, leveraging in-depth market analysis and competitive insights to guide strategy.

. Solution Customization: Work closely with the product and engineering teams to tailor solutions that meet the specific requirements of clients, ensuring the unique value proposition of Tunity's offerings is clearly communicated and understood.

. Performance Metrics: Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, carefully tracking and analysing performance metrics to adjust strategies as necessary.

. Sales Team Leadership: Provide mentorship and guidance to future junior sales team members, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement within the sales department.

. Collaborative Cross-Functional Initiatives: Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration and customer satisfaction.


. At least a diploma in marketing or related field.

. At least 5 years of sales/marketing experience preferably in SME environment.

. Analytical skills for analysing sales data and for providing insights on overall sales performance.

. Meticulous in managing contracts and agreements with customers and vendors and possess systematic thinking.

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with customers and team members.

. Positive attitude and have passion for technology with a user-centric mindset required to deliver sales presentations and product demos.

. Able to accept and handle rejection from customers appropriately.
