A well-established direct selling multinational company with a strong international presence and an established business network across multiple markets. The role will provide operational and business support to distributors, enabling them to effectively manage their existing networks and support their continued expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with field leaders and distributors to support day-to-day business activities, strengthen engagement and facilitate effective execution of company initiatives.
- Plan and coordinate business meetings, training programmes, workshops, events and promotional activities for the field network.
- Act as a key liaison between the field organisation and internal corporate teams, ensuring clear communication and smooth implementation of programmes and campaigns.
- Monitor and analyse business performance indicators, identifying trends, gaps and opportunities to improve field productivity and engagement.
- Prepare regular reports, presentations and business updates for management, translating data into practical insights and recommendations.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing and other internal teams to coordinate communications, content and campaign materials for the local market.
- Provide timely operational support to field leaders and distributors, helping to resolve issues and improve the overall experience of the network.
- Support the rollout of new initiatives and business programmes, ensuring appropriate preparation, coordination and follow-through.
- Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the field organisation and corporate office.
- Support selected events and activities outside standard working hours, including occasional weekends, when required.
Key Requirements
- Direct selling / network marketing industry experience is mandatory.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in field operations, sales support, distributor support, sales operations, business operations or a related function.
- Strong experience working directly with distributors, field leaders or an independent sales network.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build credibility and relationships across different levels.
- Excellent organisational and project coordination capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Confident in preparing and delivering presentations, facilitating meetings and supporting training or business sessions.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and coordinating with regional or global stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of social media content and digital engagement will be advantageous.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with a diverse distributor network.
- Proactive, resourceful and commercially minded, with strong judgement and a high level of professionalism.
