Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Field Deployment Engineer to lead the full lifecycle of advanced 3D digital twin platforms, AI-powered 360 camera systems and intelligent video analytics solutions for enterprise and government clients in various regions such as Middle East and Asia-Pacific. You will own deployments end-to-end from discovery and solution design through integration, UAT, and hypercare, while acting as a trusted technical advisor to stakeholders and frontline operators.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Customer Delivery
. Own end-to-end field implementation: discovery, design, integration, UAT, handover and hypercare
. Serve as the primary on-site technical contact manage scope, timelines, risks and stakeholder alignment
. Plan and manage field operations including scheduling, resource coordination, risk registers and documentation
. Drive UAT sign-off and coordinate across internal teams (AI/ML, hardware, UX, engineering) and external vendors

AI, Digital Twin & Analytics
. Deploy and validate AI models: object detection, behavioural analytics, crowd density, anomaly detection and predictive alerting
. Operationalise VIZZIO's 3D digital twin environments with spatial data layers, live camera feeds and sensor overlays . Define data ontologies configure AI alert rules, thresholds, and automated incident workflows
. Validate AI performance in-field collaborate with ML teams to tune or retrain models based on real-world results

Technical Execution
. Install and configure POLYTRON AI cameras, VMS platforms, IoT sensors, edge compute nodes and digital twin endpoints
. Implement data ingestion pipelines via ONVIF, RTSP, WebRTC, MQTT, REST, Kafka, gRPC, and GB28181
. Configure edge AI inference environments including GPU/NPU servers and containerised model deployments . Implement security architecture: SSO/LDAP, RBAC, TLS/SSL, audit logging and secure edge-to-cloud communications . Deliver operator training and role-specific user guides to ensure confident post-handover system management

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience
. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field . 5+ years in field deployment systems integration, or solution delivery roles
. Proven experience with CCTV/VMS, AI video analytics, IoT integration, and edge/hybrid cloud environments . Track record managing customer-facing technical projects as the primary technical liaison

Technical Skills
. Linux OS administration & networking (TCP/IP, VLANs)
. RESTful APIs, MQTT, Kafka, WebSockets, gRPC
. Docker containerisation & edge compute (GPU/NPU)
. RTSP, HLS, WebRTC, GB28181 video streaming
. AI/ML model deployment & threshold tuning . Python / Bash / JavaScript scripting & automation . Digital twin configuration & spatial data modelling . SSO/LDAP, RBAC, TLS/SSL, audit logging

Preferred Qualifications
. Experience with 3D mapping/GIS platforms (ESRI, Mapbox, Caesium) or enterprise digital twin solutions
. Familiarity with BMS, smart building integration, or SOC/smart city deployments . Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, OCI) and spatial/time-series databases (PostGIS, InfluxDB, MongoDB) . MLOps tooling, observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK), and agile delivery experience . Prior engagement with government ministries or large-scale public infrastructure programs

Work Environment
. 40-60% regional travel, and higher during active deployment phases
. On-site presence required for planning, installation, commissioning and UAT phases
