Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Field Application Engineers across the APAC region.
- Deliver high-quality technical support for projects across APAC via email, phone, video calls, and on-site support (Singapore-based visits).
- Act as an escalation point, collaborating closely with the global Technical Support team to resolve complex technical issues.
- Provide technical onboarding and ongoing support to ecosystem partners, enabling successful adoption and use of the platform and services.
- Manage and conduct RMA investigations for products across the APAC region.
- Design, specify, and deliver smart lighting control solutions that meet client requirements while adhering to company standards.
- Work closely with the APAC Sales team to ensure a seamless handover and customer journey from sales through to design and delivery.
- Specify wireless lighting control solutions for projects across the market.
- Collaborate with the global Specification Success team, acting as a regional advocate for specifiers across the APAC region.
Technical Skills & Experience
- Confident in delivering hands-on demonstrations and clearly explaining technical and functional aspects of lighting control systems.
- Skilled in handling, testing, and troubleshooting electrical products.
- 57 years of proven technical experience in lighting and lighting control systems; experience with protocols such as DALI, KNX, or DMX is a strong advantage.
- Experience with AutoCAD is preferred.
