A regional bank with strong presence in the APAC market is looking to expand their FI business especially in the NBFI space.
about the job
- Manage banks and NBFIs relationships in the region, working with Head Office and internal stakeholders to sell bank solutions and manage queries of clients
- Prepare credit applications, perform annual reviews and credit monitoring, staying compliant to regulations and bank policies
- Build relationships and increase collaboration for bilateral loan, syndicated loans, trade finance, cash management, capital markets etc
- Ensure all required covenant provided such are in place throughout the life of the syndicated loan.
- Perform financial and regulatory reporting
- Ensure that in the entire process of loan syndication, covenants are in order
- Generate system and process improvements for the business
- Feedback on draft finance documents and make sure facility agreements are met for loans
about the manager/team

skills and experience
- Degree holder in Accounting, Business, Banking & Finance and Economics
- At least 6 years of experience in FI/NBFI relationship management, bilateral, loan syndication and credit analysis
