Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and maintain FDC systems across all fab tools and processes
- Define and enforce FDC setup, alarm, and data handling standards
- Support engineers in interpreting FDC data for process analysis
- Lead system upgrades, documentation, and maintenance schedules
- Identify trends and anomalies to drive yield and equipment improvement
- Collaborate with process, equipment, IT teams, and vendors on FDC issues
- Train and mentor engineers on FDC best practices
- Participate in projects, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
Ideal Requirements:
- Engineering degree (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial, or related)
- 5-10 years semiconductor experience with FDC, MES, or APC
- Familiarity with wafer bumping, RDL, or advanced packaging preferred
- Expertise in FDC data analysis, alarm management, and process troubleshooting
- Knowledge of MES, SPC, SQL, Python/VBA scripting desirable
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills
