About The Role
This position is responsible for the management of the client'scritical environment infrastructure and practical delivery of best-in-classoperational standards resulting in an excellent engineering service.
What You'll Do
- Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
- Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
- Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
- Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.
- Inspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
- Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
- Manage incident and escalation, engineering problem solving, fault finding and root cause analysis for the region acting as the primary interface with the client, local vendor partner, and other stakeholders.
- Putting in place measure to maintain 100% uptime of the Critical Environment Equipment as part of the SLA / KPI.
What You'll Need
- High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 2-3 years of job-related experience.
- In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs.
- Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
- Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
